Amy & Nick

Can I stop and take a minute to tell you how adorably SWEET these two love birds were!?  After about two minutes of working with them, I knew this session was going to be filled with genuine smiles, laughter and LOOOVVEEE! Holy moly, I hardly needed to pose Amy and Nick as their playful and flirtatious chemistry basically took care of it for me!

It was truly a pleasure getting to know these two as we ventured around this gorgeous Davenport park (which is a bit of a hidden gem!).  We chatted about everything from Amy’s engineering career at John Deere (pretty cool) to Nick’s bit of fame on QC dancing with the stars (also, pretty cool), to their three fluffy and adorable doodle pups.  Probably my favorite part of the night was at the very end of the session when I told Nick he had two minutes and free-reign to do as he pleased (this usually involves, chasing, tackling, goofing off, etc.).  To my surprise, without hesitation, he pulls her in close and gives her a big ol’ smooch followed up by dancing and dipping and, yes, quite a bit more smooching.  How romantic can you get, amiright!??

I am SO excited for their upcoming wedding next March at the Blackhawk!!!
